Empowering Organizational Change

Learning Organizations are leaders in advancing values that cause change. Training is a tool critical for sustained learning. Training provided by the Diversity Learning Center increases awareness of specific issues that affect affirmative action, equal opportunity, and diversity. In these areas training develops managerial and supervisory skills that prevent problems from arising, and serve as first aid for problems that do arise.

In addition to training for managers and supervisors, programs are offered to faculty, students, staff, and those who wish to do business with UCSF. Training is tailored to meet the particular needs identified, and may take the form of either individual counseling, seminars, or group workshops and presentations. Programs are designed to cover a wide range of topics, and may include, but are not limited to:

INTERACTIVE ONLINE LEARNING MODULES
