Community Partnership Resource Center

The UCSF Community Partnership Resource Center (CPRC) is a Department of Family & Community Medicine initiative to facilitate partnership activities between UCSF and local communities with the overall goal of improving health status and decreasing health disparities within San Francisco
Community Partnership Program
The University Community Partnerships Program is a new program dedicated to improving the health of San Francisco communities through partnerships between UCSF faculty, staff and students and community-based organizations

On-Ramp Program
